PWC and Sport Boats SeaDoo.
Snowmobiles Skidoo and Lynx.
All Can Am vehicles (ATV, SSV, Roadster Spyder).

Question CLIENT

I have a 2006 seadoo gtx that i put a new cluster on. Have code p1513 wrong ecm. Now the ski just turns over and won’t start.

Question CLIENT:   I am trying to link my new cluster to the ECM and it says this cluster model year does not match the ECM and needs to be calibrated.

My 2009 can am won’t start with the new used display I got for it do you know how can I fix it

Answer to the question:

I remind you after installing a New Cluster or ECU unit. Must be married ECU – Cluster.

Please follow step-by-step instructions.

Connect Vehicle – diagnostic device MPI DIUS and
MPI-3 adapter (p/n 529036353) + Diagnostic Cable (p/n 710000851)

P.S. Ski-D0o- Lynx + connect device Power Interface (p/n 515177223)
12 V Battery Supply Cable (p/n 529035997)

1.   OPEN BRP program BUDS E3.8.2.- vehicle BRP: 2007-2016 yaer License MEGATECH
2. Tab READ DATA click

 

3. TAB

The Cluster model number does not match the module (ECM) number. Do you want to change it?

click YES

 

 

4. TAB

The cluster security coding does not match with the (ECM) connected. click OK

5. Click on the top menu TAB MODULES and select TAB CLUSTER and TAB SECURITY CODING click

6. Copy the ECM number to CLUSTER field and push buton LEARN.

7. TAB Write data- click

 

8. TAB Do you really  want to write the document into the module   – click YES

9. TAB SETTING click

TAB Closed Throttle and Idle Actuator

TAB Reset click

 TAB Make sure the idle speed adjustment screw contacts the throttle stop. Press OK CLIKC

 

TAB Write to vechicle completed

CLIKC TAB I will do it later

11. TAB FAULTS click

START ENGINE- 5 SEC STOP ENGINE

 

STOP BUDS

Disconnect device MPI – vechicle.
