NataliKeymasterConnecting to the diagnostic socketATV, (on the example of Outlander800)Please follow step-by-step instructions.
Connect Vehicle – diagnostic device MPI DIUS and
MPI-3 adapter (p/n 529036353) + Diagnostic Cable (p/n 710000851)1. We connect to the diagnostic connector of the ATV, which is located in the front glove box.2. Run BUDS, turn on the ignition.3. Click Read Data.4. Go to the Keys tab and click Add Key5. After that, the program asks us – “The DESS key was successfully added to the document?” , i.e. – add a key? Answer in the affirmative “YES” and click “OK”.6. Next, click Write Data to write all the data to the ATV module. After that, the program again asks us the question – “Do you really want to write the document into module?” (“Write this document to the module?”) and we again say “YES” (press YES). The program starts writing all the data to the ATV module. The recorded key appears in “Key Usage” as number 1 or 2…etc. (it depends on how many of them have already been registered in the module)7. When everything is registered in the module, BUDS asks us to turn off the ignition and pull out the key.8. This completes key programming.Good luck with the rides, and don’t lose your keys)
