The following terms apply to tangible products that you have purchased from us.
Our diagnostic kits work with software that requires a license key.
Our return policy lasts 14 days after you receive the item from us by mail (can be checked with the tracking number). Therefore, you must request a license key no later than 7 days after receiving the diagnostic kit (to test the operation).
If 14 days have passed since the receipt of the goods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund in case of malfunctioning adapters (we can only offer repair or replacement of goods

RETURN PROCESS
In order for the Goods to be returned, make sure the exchange:
- The item was purchased in the last 14 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The item has not been used.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the defective item.
PURCHASE RETURNS
You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the Products to Us. You need to send the Goods to the following address:

You should consider using a USPS tracked shipping service. You must pay for the shipping yourself when you return or exchange goods. Shipping cost is non-refundable. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item
We are not responsible for damage or loss of the Product upon return shipping. Therefore, we recommend the USPS insured and tracked postal service.
We cannot process a refund without actually receiving the Product or confirming that we have received return shipping.
After you return the item, it may take up to 30 days for us to arrive. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it will take 2-3 business days to process returns, exchanges and 3-5 business days to display the refund amount.
We will refund you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment that you used to order and you will not be charged any fees for such refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your return is officially shipped.
Then contact your bank. Returns often take some time to process before shipping.
If you’ve done all of these and haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Damage to the housing, cables and connectors of electronic devices is visible
- Reverse polarity of the power supply of the electronic device, which caused its burnout
- Unauthorized opening of the housing of an electronic device
- The presence of moisture and any liquids in the electronic device.
- After 1 year of use
- All downloadable products are non-refundable:
- 1. Software; 2.Service manuals 3. License Keys.
WARRANTY
We want you to shop with confidence and be completely satisfied that your Brp Tuning purchase is working. That is why Brp Tuning provides warranty repairs for the related products. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or refunds, guarantees if we determine that Brp Tuning guarantee is being violated.
The Brp Tuning guarantee gives you:
Satisfaction Guarantee – If you are not satisfied with your purchase (including a product that is not working as expected), return the product within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of receipt of the order.
In the event that the product is visibly damaged, which means that the product has ceased to function, then only paid repairs can be applied, and the buyer is responsible for the postage costs for sending the product back to us and returning the repaired Items.
Disclaimer of warranty obligations occurs in the following cases:
- Damage to the housing, cables and connectors of electronic devices is visible

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges for tangible products only.
Which does not meet the above conditions of return, exchange at our sole discretion.
Returning your items to Brp Tuning within 14 days does not automatically mean that they will be replaced or returned free of charge. Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email notifying us that we have received your returned item. Brp Tuning reserves the right to verify the validity of your exchange or refund request.
If the failure is your fault, you will be charged a repair fee and the cost of sending the item back to you. We use a registered airmail service with a tracking number to ship repaired or replaced items.
If the malfunction was not your fault, then a new (or repaired) product will be sent to you or we will fully refund your money (of your choice).
Only standard price items are eligible for returns. Unfortunately, stock items sold are non-refundable. This exclusion may not apply to you unless permitted by applicable law.
